ADVERTISING SPECIFICATIONS

Include a 1/4" bleed for elements extending off of the page. SAFETY: All critical elements must be 1/4 inch from trim on all sides.
*Ad size for Back Cover is 2.25" shorter from top trim to accommodate mailing label.

DIGITAL AD REQUIREMENTS
PREFERRED FILE FORMAT:
All advertising MUST be provided electronically

• Hi-res PDF/X1a, QuarkXPress, Illustrator or Photoshop files are accepted.
• Include all elements used with the job: fonts, graphics/hi-res images, files must be linked.
• PMS colors MUST be converted to CMYK.
• Requirements for Photoshop
• At least 600dpi for bitmap images.
• At least 300dpi for CMYK & grayscale images.
• Photos in final layout should not be used smaller than 70% or larger than 130% of Photoshop image.

• File names should be 15 letters and/or numbers or less. Use periods for file extensions only. DO NOT USE SPACES, SYMBOLS OR UNIQUE CHARACTERS however underscores are o.k.
• Compress files first in a .sit or .zip format. Total compressed file size should be 5-Mb or less.
• Contact your account rep for email submission.

• Call your account rep for the necessary login and passwords for access.
• Point your web browser to: http://fileit.tmstv.com/PleaseLogin.aspx.
• File names should be 15 letters and/or numbers or less. Use periods for file extensions only. DO NOT USE SPACES, SYMBOLS OR UNIQUE CHARACTERS however underscores are o.k.
• Compress files first in a .sit or .zip format.
• Fax a hard copy of your ad, with the file name specified on it, to: 414-352-5694.
